Your PM tool tracks tasks.
Ours tracks customers.

One customer record — feedback, revenue, work, and code on the same row. So you build what pays, not what's loudest.

Real app, live data. No signup, no card. $199/mo flat when you're ready.

Did what we shipped work?

Ship a feature. Get a verdict.

Most tools end at 'done.' The spine keeps going — adoption, the revenue that adopted, and whether those accounts stayed, read off the task card.

  • Adoption across active accounts — automatically, the moment it ships.
  • The MRR sitting behind the accounts that adopted.
  • Retention lift versus the accounts that didn't.

Built from the real product

One view of the customer. Not twelve.

Open any account: what they pay, what they asked for, the meetings they booked, the people behind it — one page. Analytics, support threads and reporting all read this same record.

Watch one customer become one record · Example data

Revenue, feedback, meetings and contacts are on the record today; usage and support threads join as each connector syncs.

Revenue-aware work

Every task knows who's paying for it.

Every task traces back to the request that asked for it, the account behind it, and the revenue at stake — then ranks by what's worth most.

  • Every task is linked to the feedback that asked for it, the account behind it, and that account's revenue — automatically.
  • Prioritization stops being a vibe — five scoring frameworks, your call.
  • Demand view: every feature with the requests and money behind it.

People + AI, one board

Assign work to an AI the way you'd assign it to a teammate.

Hire a named AI, give it a role, drop it in the same assignee picker as the humans. It picks up the task in your coding tool of choice, does the work, opens a PR for review. Nothing ships without a human.

  • Named, avatar'd teammates in the same picker as humans.
  • Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA roles — real seats with role-scoped permissions, not a chat window.
  • Ada · Backend AI picks up the task in your coding tool and it lands "In Review" — you approve what ships.
Watch: assigning Ada · Backend AI to the SAML/SSO task — like any teammate · Example data

Your AI assistant can read your product brain directly, and act on it. Every other product MCP we've tested exposes one tool's slice. Your customer record, revenue, funnels, support and your board become typed tools any assistant can call. The same role permissions gate every tool, and every run is measured. Your model key, your repo: we hold neither.

Why switch

Four tools. None of them know your customer's name.

A typical 8-person product team pays $2,904 a year for point tools that still can't tell you which customer asked for a feature. The saving is the smaller half of the argument.

  • EU or US data residency — pick your region once at signup; invisible after, never in a URL or key.
  • Roles enforced in the database — not just hidden buttons.
  • Privacy-first SDKs — Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control honored; one opt-out silences everything.
  • Your data leaves with you — full-org export on every tier. No exit tax, no hostage data.
  • Bring your own model key — for AI, we hold neither your key nor your repo.
  • Live status page — on separate infrastructure, so it's up even if we're not.

We run the company on it. Open the network tab.

This site's analytics, the support inbox, the roadmap and every release land on the same record you get. Open your browser's network tab on this page: the events go to platform.aioproductos.com, through the same SDK you'd install. The public demo is that workspace, live and read-only.

Nothing here asks for your trust. The demo is the production app, read-only, open without a login. The status page runs on separate infrastructure so it stays up when we don't. Every claim on this site names the thing you can check.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is AIOProductOS?

AIOProductOS is the operating system for product companies. It joins your customers' words, their revenue, your work, and your code onto one shared record per customer. So every task knows who asked for it and what they pay.

How is it different from a regular PM tool?

A task tracker shows the WHAT — the task list. AIOProductOS shows the WHY: assign a task to a customer account and it carries their subscription and revenue. Features rank by request count and the revenue behind them.

What does the AI actually do?

Three real things: meetings are transcribed and the AI drafts the action items as tasks on your board; AIOInsights — the product copilot, opened with ⌘I anywhere — answers product questions with citations to your data; and simple questions about revenue, demand, and work are computed instantly from your records — no model call, no token cost.

Does it replace my existing tools?

It connects them. 100+ live connectors — Stripe, GitHub, Sentry, PagerDuty, Intercom, Slack, PostHog, Linear, Jira, the app stores and more — included, no per-connector fee. Or capture first-party with drop-in web SDKs for analytics, chat, and scheduling.

Can AI agents actually work on tasks?

Yes — hire named AI teammates (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA), assign them tasks like any team member, and they claim the work over MCP from Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client. Everything they do lands in review — a human approves before anything ships.

How does pricing work?

Flat plans by tier — you pay for a plan, not per seat. Start $199/mo (5 members, 1 product, 2 AI agents, all modules); Team $399; Business $899; Enterprise custom. AI agents are included from the first tier, not a paid add-on. There's no free tier — every plan starts with a 14-day onboarding runway on your own data, full-feature with AI un-metered, then auto-converts and is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
