Last updated 10 June 2026. ### The 30-day money-back guarantee Every AIOProductOS plan carries a **30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment**: any tier, no questions asked. If AIOProductOS isn't right for your team, email us within 30 days of that first charge and we refund it in full. There's no free tier. Every plan starts with a 14-day onboarding runway on your own data before it converts, and this guarantee covers the month that follows. ### How to request a refund Email [office@aioproductos.com](mailto:office@aioproductos.com) from the address on your account within 30 days of your first payment (that first payment is the day-14 conversion, not signup) and tell us the workspace name. That's all we need. We approve the refund, and Stripe, our payment processor, returns the money to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. ### What's covered - **Your first payment, any tier or cadence.** Start, Team, or Business, billed monthly or yearly. A yearly plan's first payment is the full annual amount, refundable in full within the same window, exactly as monthly is. Enterprise agreements follow their signed order form. - **No questions asked.** You don't have to justify it. "Not for us" is enough. ### What's not covered - **Renewals.** The guarantee applies to your first payment. After that, cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Renewal payments aren't refundable. ### Cancelling You cancel from **Settings → Billing** at any time, in the product, without talking to anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and the full-org GDPR export runs on every tier, so you leave with all of your data. ### Who you're buying from AIOProductOS is operated by **AIOProductOS Inc.** (a Delaware C-Corporation, United States). Subscriptions are sold by **AIOProductOS Inc.**; payments are processed securely by **Stripe**. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, added at checkout where applicable.
