### Das Produkt

Für Ihre Nutzung von AIOProductOS gelten die bei der Anmeldung vorgelegten Servicebedingungen; sie sind die verbindliche Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen und uns. Diese Seite betrifft ausschließlich die Website. Hier gezeigte Zahlen und Ansichten sind illustrativ und mit „Beispieldaten“ gekennzeichnet.

### Zulässige Nutzung

Nutzen Sie die Website nicht missbräuchlich — kein Scraping im großen Stil, kein Sondieren, kein Versuch, sie zu stören. Markennamen und Logos gehören ihren jeweiligen Inhabern und werden nur zur Identifikation verwendet.

### Abrechnung, Pakete und Rückerstattungen

AIOProductOS wird von AIOProductOS Inc. betrieben (eine Delaware C-Corporation, USA). Abonnements werden von AIOProductOS Inc. verkauft; Zahlungen werden sicher von Stripe verarbeitet. Preise verstehen sich ohne Umsatzsteuer, die an der Kasse hinzugefügt wird, sofern anwendbar; Kartendaten werden von Stripe verarbeitet und erreichen unsere Server nie.

Pakete haben feste Preise pro Stufe — Mitgliederzahlen sind Kontingente, kein Zähler pro Nutzer. Zusätzliche Agenten-Plätze kosten 29 $/Monat. Preise sind in USD und verstehen sich ohne Umsatzsteuer, die an der Kasse berechnet wird, sofern anwendbar. Wir kündigen Preisänderungen an einem aktiven Abonnement mindestens 30 Tage vorher an.

Es gibt keine kostenlose Stufe. Jedes Paket startet mit 14 Tagen Einführung auf Ihren eigenen Daten: Ihre Karte wird bei der Anmeldung hinterlegt, es wird während der 14 Tage aber nichts abgebucht. Am Tag 14 wandelt es sich automatisch in das gewählte Paket um; kündigen Sie vorher, zahlen Sie nichts.
